This private course is a confidential and safe space to share your thoughts, raise questions, and talk through any specific pregnancy or birth related concerns you may have. Classes are taught either in person or via Zoom with flexible booking options.

• A 30 minute phone consultation with Gemma before the course starts to talk through your unique hopes and any fears or worries you might have about giving birth. This will help me to better understand you and your pregnancy/birth so I can make this course a really special and bespoke experience for you and your birth partner. 

• 12 hours of exclusive 1:1 teaching with Gemma - an experienced hypnobirthing teacher (and hypnobirthing mama herself!)

• A thoughtful, custom made welcome gift bag, hand-packed with all your hypnobirthing essentials along with a few special pregnancy extras for you to enjoy too!

• Full access to comprehensive and beautifully designed course resources including your course workbook, guide for birth partners, birth bag packing list, example birth plans, hypnobirthing MP3s, affirmation cards and more!

• Ongoing advice, support & guidance from me throughout your course and up until your baby's birth. Whether you need a little recap on something or just a listening ear, I am here!

Where do the sessions take place?

If you’re local to me in Perth WA, the course will take place in the comfort of your own home (or online if you prefer). Please note a fuel surcharge may apply if you live over 30 minutes away. 

​

If you live outside of Perth WA, your course will take place online and your course materials will be posted to you.
